In 2003, the company experienced a significant turning point. Martin, who had previously known Mel through council and contracting roles, joined the fold. We began recruiting more staff, broadening our services, and welcoming a diverse range of clients.

2007 saw the addition of Jane, Martin’s wife, to our team. With her adept administrative skills, she quickly became an integral part of our operations, and she now proudly serves as a co-director.

When Mel decided to retire in 2010, the reins were confidently handed to Martin. Together with Jane, they’ve maintained the company’s foundational ethos.
